Start by putting your two pieces of crochet on top of each other so the wrong sides are touching and the right sides of the fabric is facing outward.

Thread your darning needle.

Take your needle into the wrong side of the fabric just to fasten it, and leave a bit of a tail so you can weave it in later.

Put the two pieces together and line up your stitches.

Begin by taking your needle underneath the first V stitch and underneath the corresponding V stitch on the back and pull your needle through.

Next, bring your needle back around the next stitch along the back piece and up through the corresponding stitch.

Take your needle up through the next stitch on your front piece and through the corresponding stitch on the back piece.

Continue moving up and down along your V stitches. Weave in your 2 tails and you should be left with a sturdy seam.
